01 / Our approach
It starts with
the right shape.
We started Dacait because too many men's frames felt either forgettable or overdesigned. We wanted something with a clear point of view that still worked every day.
The first design is geometric, finished in Black and Desert Gold, with just enough metal detail to catch the light.

Materials
Metal and acetate give the frame its balance. Polarized CR39 lenses with UV400 protection handle glare and ultraviolet light, while adaptive spring hinges make the fit feel easier from the first wear.
Restraint
The branding stays small. The shape and finish should do the talking.

Desert Gold.
Metal and acetate give the frame its solid feel. Polarized CR39 lenses reduce reflected glare, while UV400 protection covers UVA and UVB rays. Adaptive spring hinges flex with the face instead of pressing against it, improving comfort and reducing stress on the hinge during daily wear.
